Matt was great to work with if you know what you want and what you're doing. Some buyers may need more hand-holding which is more a reflection of Redfin's business model rather than Matt. Matt's comps were timely and thorough and he was responsive especially when it counted (getting the offer in and moving forward with escrow). I'd be happy to work with Matt again.
